What stays on your device

Every tool on this site runs in your browser. Amounts, invoice details, GSTINs, addresses and search inputs you type are processed on your device and are not uploaded to any server operated by this site.

Some tools save data in your browser's local storage so your work is not lost: the invoice generator keeps a draft under the key flohum_invoice_draft_v1, and the site remembers your light or dark theme under the key theme. You can delete both at any time by clearing site data in your browser, or with the Clear draft button on the invoice generator.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is used to understand which tools are used and where they can be improved. It records page views and anonymous interaction events such as a search being run, a result being shown, a result being copied or a PDF being downloaded. Product search terms typed into the HSN and HS code finders are recorded so missing codes can be added. Amounts, names, GSTINs, invoice contents and other identifying inputs are never sent.

Microsoft Clarity may be used to produce aggregate heatmaps and session replays of page layout interactions. Clarity masks text typed into form fields by default.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are denied by default using Google Consent Mode, so no analytics cookies are set without consent.

Third-party services

Exchange rates for the currency converter are loaded from a public currency data service (cdn.jsdelivr.net and currency-api.pages.dev). Your browser connects to these services directly, which exposes your IP address to them as with any web request. No other data is shared.

External links, for example to ICEGATE, CBIC or national customs portals, take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Because tool inputs never leave your device, there is no account or stored profile to access or delete. You can block analytics with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker, and every tool will keep working.

This policy is written to meet the EU and UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It will be updated if the site starts collecting any new category of data.
